Pentair PRF RO System

£735.00

Reverse Osmosis is used to remove dissolved contaminants from your drinking water, giving you crystal-clear purified water straight from your tap. The Pentair PRF-RO system offers dual sediment and carbon pre-filtration, followed by two unique Reverse Osmosis membranes to purify your water and a final carbon post-filter that ensures excellent-tasting drinking water.

Designed to run off mains water pressure, the PRF-RO system features a tankless design without requiring a pump (meaning no electricity supply is required). It comes with everything you need to get started including pre and post filters, membranes, tubing and a mini-tap for dispensing your water.

Why Choose The Pentair PRF-RO System?

  • Produce high quality contaminant-free drinking water
  • Tankless design with no water storage tank
  • Easy to install and maintain
  • NSF/ANSI 58 Approved

Description

The Pentair PRF-RO system offers a higher production rate than most other domestic Reverse Osmosis systems, meaning that water is produced faster so it takes less time to fill up your glass or kettle. With a smart internal design and two RO membranes, the system works hard to recover water and minimise waste by up to 75% which makes the PRF-RO a clear choice for customers who are concerned about the waste water produced by an RO system.

Reverse Osmosis removes a whole host of contaminants from your water by up to 99% including Nitrates, Fluoride, Cyanide, Hormones, Bacteria, Asbestos, PFOS, Mercury, Lead, Iron, Manganese, Sodium, Calcium, Arsenic and much more. Making it the perfect technology to produce high quality, excellent tasting drinking water without the worry of health risks associated with some of these contaminants. Customers with extremely hard water who have a Water Softener would choose a Reverse Osmosis system to remove excess sodium from their drinking water, eliminating the need to keep a hard water line for drinking. Purified water is also ideal for your kettle, boiler tap and coffee machine as it protects your appliances from scale formation.

How Often Do I Need To Replace The Filters In The Pentair PRF-RO System?
The carbon pre and post-filters should be changed every six months. The RO membranes should be replaced when you notice a slower flow rate or a change in the water quality; with soft water you can expect the membranes to last 2-3 years or with hard water around 1-2 years.
