Very pleased with the service. There was an issue with the water softener I ordered initially, but then following communications made the replacement process quite pleasant. Happily recommend this company. Thanks to Becky for working with me. Great follow up support 😊😊😊Posted on GoogleMichael Fey2 October 2026Very Pleased with the services from the Sales TeamPosted on GoogleGuy Brennan26 September 2026First time using this company and product and i wasnt dissappointed. Communication was easy and quick resulted in an easy order and now having fitted the filter i can say its a great product easy to install and appears good quality apart from the four mild steel bracket screws stainless would have been better considering the environment these are fitted. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend .Posted on GoogleGraham Quinn25 September 2026Easy to order and fast deliveryPosted on GoogleSteve Griggs14 September 2026Excellent local company and genuinely lovely people to deal with. Really helpful and knowledgeable, with great advice about my water softener and the correct salt to use. They even gave me some resin cleaner at no charge, which was a very kind gesture. Fantastic friendly service and I’ll definitely be returning for my salt in future. Highly recommended.Posted on GoogleDon Carless7 September 2026Excellent service. Product proved my softener was not working as it should. I fully serviced it and cleaned with Resin Clean returned to service and it is now working as designed. Very pleased.Posted on GoogleJ P27 August 2026If you're thinking about a water softener then i HIGHLY recommend Ultra Soft Water Softeners Ltd. Great softeners and exceptional customer service. The water softener I bought needed some adjustments with the installation setup where I supported throughout. The customer service is honestly next level. I had countless calls with Becky Gillett, the Sales Manager, over a period of months to get to the bottom of it. She was incredibly patient with me, staying on the phone and doing video calls to walk me through the programming instructions step-by-step while I changed the settings and ensured all was installed correctly. All the staff here have been great, but Becky really stuck with me from start to finish to make sure it was sorted and working well. It runs like a dream now. HIGHLY recommend them!Posted on GoogleChris Collins26 August 2026Easy to order, good prices and delivered on time. Resclean worked a treat; one treatment cycle and soft water is back again from our 12 yr old softener!Posted on GoogleMike Lane16 August 2026I used to have an electric water softener but my plumber recommended a non electric one when the original one needed replacing. Big mistake - it never worked despite several visits by the manufacturer. Read about the Ultra Soft equipment and decided to cut my losses and rang them up for advice. Spoke to the knowledgeable Sales Manager who reassured me that their machine would work. It seemed great value so I ordered it and within a couple of weeks of installation, I was back to really soft water. Really happy.Posted on GoogleSachin Shetty (Wizkid)7 August 2026I am writing to share some well-deserved praise for Becky.
