Our Pure Water Window Cleaning System is an easy-to-use light commercial reverse osmosis system specifically designed for use by pure water cleaning customers. This skid-mounted system features an integrated pump, sediment and carbon pre-filters, 4” x 40” (4040) RO membrane, TDS meter and a built-in DI vessel, to deliver up to 180 litres per hour of pure water at 0ppm. The system comes pre-assembled on a powder-coated frame ready to be installed.

What Is Included

The Pure Water Window Cleaning system comes pre-assembled on a powder-coated frame with everything you need to get started including hybrid sediment/carbon pre-filters, 4040 RO membrane, rotary vane booster pump and a pre-filled DI vessel. You also get several accessories including a bypass valve, pressure gauge and inline TDS meter.

For Pure Water Cleaning Applications

The Pure Water Window Cleaning system is a purpose-built multi-stage solution for pure water cleaning applications, measuring 72cm wide, 122cm tall and 42cm deep – suitable for a permeate flow rate of up to 180 litres per hour. This cleverly assembled RO system is an excellent ‘plug-and-go’ option, supplied pre-assembled with a high quality 4040 membrane which boasts a stabilised rejection rate of 98.5% and final DI stage to polish off the remaining TDS down to 0ppm – leaving you with brilliantly pure water for that desirable spotless finish.

How Long Do The Filters Last?
The filter lifespan depends greatly on your water quality and how frequently the system is used. As a guide, we would recommend changing the two pre-filters every 6 months and the RO membrane when you notice an increase in TDS (after the membrane). The DI resin should be changed when the TDS reading after the DI vessel starts to creep up close to the reading before the DI vessel.

Feed Water Parameters
To ensure optimal system performance the following feed water parameters should be met. As with all RO systems the permeate recovery and rejection figures depend on several factors such as feed water quality, temperature and the type of pre-treatment used. If your water hardness is over 100ppm a water softener should be used to prolong the life of the RO membrane.

Communication was easy and quick resulted in an easy order and now having fitted the filter i can say its a great product easy to install and appears good quality apart from the four mild steel bracket screws stainless would have been better considering the environment these are fitted. Great softeners and exceptional customer service. The water softener I bought needed some adjustments with the installation setup where I supported throughout. The customer service is honestly next level. I had countless calls with Becky Gillett, the Sales Manager, over a period of months to get to the bottom of it. She was incredibly patient with me, staying on the phone and doing video calls to walk me through the programming instructions step-by-step while I changed the settings and ensured all was installed correctly.

All the staff here have been great, but Becky really stuck with me from start to finish to make sure it was sorted and working well. It runs like a dream now.
