We are pleased to offer fast and competitive shipping rates on all of our products, from as little as £3.95 on most items. All orders are sent using fully tracked services to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. For specific rates and expected time frames please refer to our shipping rates table below.

Shipping Categories
All items are assigned a specific shipping category according to their typical weight and dimensions. To check which weight category a particular item falls into, simply add it to your basket and check the delivery cost displayed on the cart page. Alternatively, you can speak to a member of our team who would be happy to advise.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery – 2-4 Days
- Next Day Delivery – 1 Working Day
Each shipping category is priced at a flat rate per order – whether you purchase just a single unit or multiple. For this reason we would always suggest maximising the use of this balance where possible. Where an order consists of both heavy items and standard or lower, the heavier weight category charge will apply.
Order Cut Off Times
Our daily order cut-off time Monday to Friday is 1pm for next day delivery and 2pm for standard delivery. In some cases however, we may be able to ship your item the same day up to 4pm. For customers with urgent requirements we would suggest getting in touch before placing your order. Same day delivery services are available at an additional charge on a pro-rata basis.

Frequently Asked Questions
We currently do not offer shipping to customers outside of the UK. Where shipping to outside of the UK is required, we are happy to work with freight forwarders to help fulfil your order. For more information about this please get in touch with a member of our team to explore the options available.
We are happy for customers to arrange their own collection. In this case, an additional processing time of 1 working day will apply along with a charge of £10 for palletised orders. Once your order has been packaged we will send you an email to confirm the weight and dimensions for you to arrange your own courier to collect.
In most cases, we are happy for customers to collect their order in person. For larger orders, such as those on a pallet, delivery is recommended to prevent issues with transport or loading. If you would like to arrange an in-person collection please get in touch with a member of our team before placing your order.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the time frame listed above, you should get in touch as soon as possible. This will allow us to raise an investigation with the relevant courier.
