Our Carbon Block Filters are effective at removing Chlorine, VOC’s and chemicals from your water. Carbon filters are a popular technology for improving the taste, odour and appearance of your drinking water. These filters are manufactured from high quality WRAS approved activated coconut carbon, and as such are recommended for use in drinking water applications. Available in all industry standard sizes including 5″ 10” or 20” lengths and both regular and large diameters (BB).

Description
Whether you are looking for a filter to give you bottle quality drinking water or a pre-filter for your reverse osmosis system our Carbon Block Filters are an excellent choice. Although sediment pre-filtration is always recommended before a carbon filter, these carbon blocks feature an outer wrap to further protect against sediment blinding. Complete with rigid moulded end caps featuring an integrated gasket to ensure a positive seal with the filter housing, which prevents filter bypass. Suitable for both domestic and commercial applications with chlorine, VOC, herbicide, solvent, dye and surfactant removal capabilities.
How Often Do I Need To Change These Carbon Block Filters?
We recommend changing these filters every 12 months for properties with 1-2 occupants and every 6 months for properties with 3 or more occupants. For commercial applications the filter lifespan will vary depending on daily flow rates.
