5 Stage Direct Flow RO System
£400.00
Our 5 Stage Direct Flow RO System is specially designed for light commercial applications such as dentistry, autoclaves, distilling and aquatics. Featuring 3 stages of sediment and carbon pre-filtration, high quality reverse osmosis membrane element and in-line carbon post-filter, this pumped tankless system can produce up to 1,135 litres of RO water per day. Direct flow systems are preferred over systems with storage tanks in commercial applications as the water is produced on demand, eliminating possible risks of storing water in a bladder tank which can be a concern during extended periods of non-use or shut down over holiday seasons.
This pre-assembled, easy to install system produces excellent quality purified water suitable for both drinking and for small volume processes that require pure water (such as pre-treatment for DI water).
Why Choose Our 5 Stage Direct Flow RO System?
- Produces up to 1,100 litres of reverse osmosis water per day
- Supplied as a kit, pre-assembled, mounted on a durable frame
- Integrated booster pump to increase water production
- Easy to install and low maintenance

Description
The use of reverse osmosis water in light commercial applications can offer many benefits, from protecting equipment such as autoclaves and coffee machines right through to the cutting of ABV in spirits without altering the beverages profile or appearance. This system is ideal for businesses that require small batches of pure water produced on demand. It is supplied as standard with a stainless steel faucet for dispensing the water, although this can be bypassed and the pure water fed directly into a processing tank or to an appliance. The integrated booster pump means that this system can be used where there is low incoming water pressure, with the pump designed to meet the pressure required for the RO membrane to operate efficiently.
When compared to buying bottles or drums of purified water, this system offers a short payback time with low maintenance costs, thanks to the use of industry standard filters. Based on a six monthly pre and post-filter change and bi-annual RO membrane replacement the average annual cost for consumables is under £100 including VAT. A De-Ionising stage can easily be added to the outlet of this system, to ‘polish’ off any remaining TDS to give 0ppm de-ionised water where high purity water is required such as for micro-electronics, autoclaves and lead-acid batteries.

How Often Do I Need To Replace The Filters In The 5 Stage Direct Flow RO System?
The sediment filter, granular carbon pre-filter, carbon block pre-filter and carbon post-filter should be changed every six months. The RO membrane should be replaced ever 2-3 years if you have soft water, or every 1-2 years if you have hard water.
