Our Juraperle pH Correction Filters are designed to dose naturally occurring calcium carbonate into your water to increase the pH. These filters are recommended for customers with water below pH 7 or as a post-RO filter to improve the mineral profile of drinking water. Manufactured to BS:EN standards, the Juraperle media inside these filters are DWI approved for use in drinking water applications and fit most industry standard sized filter cartridge housings.

Description
Containing renowned Juraperle media these pH correction filters add naturally occurring Calcium Carbonate to your water, increasing the pH and improving mineral content. Suitable for use as either a single-stage filter for customers with low pH or acidic water and as a post-filter for a reverse osmosis system. These filters produce slightly alkaline water with a boosted mineral content, which is regarded as a healthier option for drinking water as it contributes to your recommended daily mineral intake.
Designed to fit standard 10” and 20″ regular or large diameter filter housings, these cartridges feature a hard outer shell that encases the pH correction media. It is important to note that these filters need to be in regular use, as long periods of non-use can cause the media to solidify inside the cartridge which causes both a drop in pressure and performance.

How Often Do I Need To Change These Juraperle pH Correction Filters?
These filters contain media that dissolves into the water, when the media is almost depleted the filter needs replacing. How long this takes will depend on the pH of your water. The lower the pH of your water, the faster the media will be depleted.
