Our Domestic UV Bulbs & Sleeves are direct replacements for our Domestic UV Systems. UV bulbs are a consumable part which need to be replaced annually. The surrounding quartz sleeve should be checked and cleaned every 3-6 months and replaced if damaged or uncleanable. We supply genuine UV bulbs and sleeves from Sita UV who manufacture our range of UV systems.

It is important to maintain your UV System correctly, replacing the bulb at the recommended intervals and keeping the quartz sleeve clean and bio-film free. Without proper maintenance UV systems can lose their effectiveness at destroying bacteria, potentially leading to unsafe drinking water. How Often Do I Need To Replace The Bulb And Quartz Sleeve?
UV bulbs need to be replaced annually or if faulty. The quartz sleeve needs to be checked and cleaned at 3-6 month intervals and replaced if uncleanable or damaged. Please check and clean quartz sleeves with care, as they are easily breakable.
