Cintropur Centrifugal Filters
£15.00 – £640.00
Our range of Cintropur Centrifugal Filters are designed to control sediment such as dirt, silt, sand and rust at consistently high flow rates. Their unique design changes the flow path of the water to force larger particles down into the base of the filter housing, whilst utilising a filter sleeve to trap finer suspended particulate. This helps to maintain a constant flow rate and prevent blinding of the filter sleeve. We offer Cintropur NW25, NW32, NW500 and NW800 systems to cater for flow rates from 5,500 litres per hour up to 32,000 litres per hour. All systems are supplied as standard with drain port in the base, spanner to assist with filter change and a 25 micron filter sleeve.
Both the larger NW500 and NW800 systems come with glycerine-filled pressure gauges to monitor differential pressure across the filter sleeve.
Why Choose Our Cintropur Centrifugal Filters?
- Dual stage filtration thanks to centrifugal vane and filter sleeve
- All systems supplied as standard with 25 Micron filter sleeve
- Continuous high flow rates up to 32,000 litres per hour
- Flush sediment without removing the filter sleeve

Description
We are pleased to offer genuine Cintropur Centrifugal Filters and Sleeves in popular NW25, NW32, NW500 and NW800 sizes. Each system utilises the centrifugal vane technology to remove large particles and push them to the bottom of the filter housing, where they can be easily drained using the threaded drain port or drain cock provided. These Cintropur housings all have a clear filter bowl, which allows for at-a-glance indication of the filter sleeve condition, with the larger NW500 and NW800 also featuring glycerine filled pressure gauges as standard. You’ll also find replacement filter sleeves for the NW25, NW32, NW500 and NW800 systems available in 5 and 25 micron. Please note that the NW500 and NW800 systems use the same filter sleeves.
The high flow rates and operating pressures offered by these impressive sediment filters and the low accumulation of particulate on the filter sleeves, make them particularly popular for industrial and agricultural applications. They are commonly used for the protection of sanitary fittings or machine tools, spraying, rainwater, well water and water for animals.
Quick Check – Flow Rates & Port Sizes:
NW25 – 1” Ports – Suitable for flow rates up to 5,500 litres per hour
NW32 – 1 ¼” Ports – Suitable for flow rates up to 6,500 litres per hour
NW500 – 2” Ports – Suitable for flow rates up to 18,000 litres per hour
NW800 – 3” Ports – suitable for flow rates up to 32,000 litres per hour
Please note that wall brackets for our Cintropur Centrifugal Filters are sold separately.
How Often Do I Need To Replace The Cintropur Filter Sleeves?
Although the frequency of filter change depends on the amount of particulate in the water, a ball park recommendation would be to change the filter sleeve every six months in domestic applications and every three months in commercial or industrial applications. Larger particles will naturally fall to the base of the housing thanks to the centrifugal vane, when particulate builds up in the base it can be released quickly and easily using the threaded drain port (without the need to remove the filter).
