Our Stainless Steel Bag Filter Housings are designed to meet the needs of commercial and industrial applications. Available in trade sizes 1 to 4 to suit flow rates up to 600lpm, these free-standing bag housings are constructed from 304 Stainless Steel (316 available upon request). Designed with the operator in mind, each housing features a V-Band clamp closure mechanism for the lid, differential pressure gauges, built in drain port, pressure vent, bag support basket and adjustable legs that can be bolted down for extra security.

Description
Our Stainless Steel Bag Filter Housings are suitable for even the most challenging of environments, they are pressure rated to 10 Bar and offer a maximum operating temperature of up to 120⁰C. The adjustable legs enable the housing to be raised or lowered as required for installation, with a 2” male BSP inlet at the top of the housing and 2” male BSP outlet at the base. Differential pressure gauges are supplied with each housing as standard, allowing the operator at-a-glance indication of the condition of the bag filter inside (with replacement recommended at 1 Bar dP).
Bag filtration is popular across a number of different commercial and industrial applications, with the technology offering an economical solution for particulate removal at high flow rates. Commonly found in food and beverage, stone cutting, chemical production and side stream applications.
