Water Softener Capacities

The Maya comes in three different capacities including 25 litre, 30 litre or 35 litre. This capacity is what determines how often the water softener will ‘regenerate’ or run its cleaning cycles. Below is an example based on a water hardness of 300ppm.

25 Litre: Provides up to 4,200 litres of soft water before regenerating (recommended for properties with up to 8 occupants).

30 Litre: Provides up to 5,000 litres of soft water before regenerating (recommended for properties with up to 10 occupants).

35 Litre: Provides up to 5,800 litres of soft water before regenerating (recommended for properties with up to 12 occupants).

Selecting Installation Kit

Installation kits are available at a discounted price when purchased alongside a water softener. These kits contain everything required for installation, including flexible inlet and outlet hoses, bypass set, drain hose and a water hardness test.

No Installation Kit: For customers who are looking to hard plumb in their water softener, or if the connections are already in place from an existing softener.

15mm Standard: Suitable choice for 15mm pipework and conventional gravity fed or indirect heating system (cold water tank in loft and hot water cylinder).

15mm Full Flow: For customers with 15mm pipework but have a combi boiler, direct system or an unvented hot water cylinder.

22mm Full Flow: Suitable customers with larger 22mm pipework (commonly found in newer properties under 10 years old).

28mm Full Flow: Suitable customers with even larger 28mm pipework (commonly found in commercial properties).

SMALL FOOTPRINT

Big Performance

The Maya Water Softener features a sleek, modern design with a small footprint despite its impressive capacity. Measuring 120cm tall, 30cm wide and 50cm deep the small footprint allows for a hidden installation inside a cupboard or utility room. Complete with an easy to access, high-capacity salt tank with a removable cover.

INTELLIGENT VALVE

Precision Hardness Technology

The intelligent control valve is easily set to your exact water hardness allowing you to utilise its full capacity. Featuring clever metering technology to adjust cleaning cycles in real time according to your daily water usage. Significantly reducing the amount of salt, water and electricity required to operate – ensuring running costs are kept to the absolute minimum.

UK ASSEMBLED

Exceptional Capacity

Expertly assembled in the UK with a state-of-the-art Clack control valve, the Maya delivers up to 5,800 litres of softened water between cleaning cycles – ideal for larger homes with high water usage. Despite its performance, it remains compact and space-efficient, offering a sleek alternative to traditional commercial softeners. Thoughtfully designed for minimal noise during regeneration, it provides outstanding efficiency without disruption.

LOW ENERGY USAGE

Efficient Solution

Contrary to popular belief, electric water softeners use very little energy to operate – about the same as a small alarm clock. The intelligent metered valve helps to keep running costs low by learning your water usage and automatically adjusting cleaning cycles. Saving you money on electricity, salt and water usage.

Heading on holiday? With built-in holiday mode, if no water is used for 14 days the system cleans itself, so you’ll always return home to fresh, luxuriously soft water.

PREMIUM MATERIALS

Comprehensive Warranty

We only use premium, carefully selected materials in our range of water softeners. We’re so confident that we offer a comprehensive 2 year warranty effective from the date of delivery. We’re also here to provide support by phone, email or live chat – whichever one you prefer.

There was an issue with the water softener I ordered initially, but then following communications made the replacement process quite pleasant. Happily recommend this company. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First time using this company and product and i wasnt dissappointed. Communication was easy and quick resulted in an easy order and now having fitted the filter i can say its a great product easy to install and appears good quality apart from the four mild steel bracket screws stainless would have been better considering the environment these are fitted. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend .

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent local company and genuinely lovely people to deal with. Really helpful and knowledgeable, with great advice about my water softener and the correct salt to use. They even gave me some resin cleaner at no charge, which was a very kind gesture. Fantastic friendly service and I’ll definitely be returning for my salt in future. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you're thinking about a water softener then i HIGHLY recommend Ultra Soft Water Softeners Ltd.

Great softeners and exceptional customer service. The water softener I bought needed some adjustments with the installation setup where I supported throughout. The customer service is honestly next level. I had countless calls with Becky Gillett, the Sales Manager, over a period of months to get to the bottom of it. She was incredibly patient with me, staying on the phone and doing video calls to walk me through the programming instructions step-by-step while I changed the settings and ensured all was installed correctly.

All the staff here have been great, but Becky really stuck with me from start to finish to make sure it was sorted and working well. It runs like a dream now.

HIGHLY recommend them!
