This replacement filter kit is designed specifically for use with our Smart Flow Tankless RO System. Available with or without the RO membrane, the kit comprises of 2 pre-filters and 2 post-filters. Changing the pre and post-filters every 6-12 months is recommended, with the RO membrane approximately every 12-36 months (depending on water quality). The most common sign the membrane needs to be replaced is a drop in flow rate or a high TDS reading on the display panel.

REPLACEMENT FILTER KIT

Smart Flow Tankless RO System (RO-SY8)

Suitable for our Smart Flow Tankless RO System (RO-SY8) this filter kit includes all pre and post-filters, with the option for a replacement membrane if required. By replacing the filters and RO membrane at their recommended intervals, you can ensure optimal system performance and longevity. For specific filter change intervals, please refer to the product table below. Intervals specified may vary depending on water quality and usage.

How To Change The Filters?
This filter kit includes two pre-filter cartridges, a push-fit inline carbon post-filter and a remineralising filter. Before replacing the filters, turn off the power supply and close the inlet water valve. Once the water is off, remove the top of the casing and using the spanner provided, remove the lids of the pre-filter housings to change the pre-filter cartridges (the membrane is also accessed in the same way). For full instructions on filter replacement, please refer to the product manual.

Communication was easy and quick resulted in an easy order and now having fitted the filter i can say its a great product easy to install and appears good quality apart from the four mild steel bracket screws stainless would have been better considering the environment these are fitted. Great softeners and exceptional customer service. The water softener I bought needed some adjustments with the installation setup where I supported throughout. The customer service is honestly next level. I had countless calls with Becky Gillett, the Sales Manager, over a period of months to get to the bottom of it. She was incredibly patient with me, staying on the phone and doing video calls to walk me through the programming instructions step-by-step while I changed the settings and ensured all was installed correctly.

All the staff here have been great, but Becky really stuck with me from start to finish to make sure it was sorted and working well. It runs like a dream now.
