This replacement filter kit is designed specifically for use with our 5 Stage Tankless RO System. Available with or without the RO membrane, the kit comprises of 3 pre-filters (sediment, carbon block and GAC) and 1 post-filter (GAC). Changing the pre and post-filters every 12 months is recommended, with the RO membrane approximately every 36 months (depending on water quality). The most common sign that the membrane needs to be replaced is a drop in flow rate.

REPLACEMENT FILTER KIT

5 Stage Tankless RO System (RO-SY5)

Suitable for our 5 Stage Tankless RO System (RO-SY5) this filter kit includes all pre and post filters, with the option for a replacement membrane if required. By replacing the filters and RO membrane at their recommended intervals you can ensure optimal system performance. For specific filter change intervals please refer to the product table below, intervals specified may vary depending on usage and water quality.

How To Change The Filters?
This filter kit comprises of filter cartridges with a push fit post carbon filter. To change the filter cartridges you should first ensure the water supply to the RO system is switched off. Once the water is off, you can release the bowls of the filter housing to change the filter cartridges. For replacing the membrane please refer to the product manual.

Communication was easy and quick resulted in an easy order and now having fitted the filter i can say its a great product easy to install and appears good quality apart from the four mild steel bracket screws stainless would have been better considering the environment these are fitted. Great softeners and exceptional customer service. The water softener I bought needed some adjustments with the installation setup where I supported throughout. The customer service is honestly next level. I had countless calls with Becky Gillett, the Sales Manager, over a period of months to get to the bottom of it. She was incredibly patient with me, staying on the phone and doing video calls to walk me through the programming instructions step-by-step while I changed the settings and ensured all was installed correctly.

All the staff here have been great, but Becky really stuck with me from start to finish to make sure it was sorted and working well. It runs like a dream now.
