Cintropur Centrifugal Filters are designed to control sediment such as dirt, silt, sand and rust at consistently high flow rates. Their unique design changes the flow path of the water to force larger particles down into the base of the filter housing, utilising a filter sleeve to trap finer suspended particulate. We offer Cintropur NW25, NW32, NW500 and NW800 systems to cater for flow rates from 5,500 to 32,000 litres per hour. All systems are supplied as standard with drain port in the base, spanner to assist with filter change and a 25 micron filter sleeve. The larger NW500 and NW800 systems come with glycerine-filled pressure gauges to monitor differential pressure across the filter sleeve.

Product Features

Dual stage filtration with centrifugal vane and filter sleeve
Continous high flow rates up to 32,000 litres per hour
Supplied as standard with 25 micron filter sleeve
Drain to flush sediment without sleeve removal

Choosing Product Size

We recommend choosing the system size based on flow rate and connection requirements. Larger NW500 and NW800 systems feature flanged connections, where as the smaller NW25 and NW32 systems come with male threaded connections. For replacement sleeves please see our range of Cintropur Filter Sleeves available to suit all sizes in either 5 or 25 micron.

CINTROPUR CENTRIFUGAL FILTERS

Centrifugal Vane Technology

We are pleased to offer Cintropur systems in popular NW25, NW32, NW500 and NW800 sizes – suitable for high flow rates up to 32,000 litres per hour. Each system utilises centrifugal vane technology to push larger particles to the bottom of the filter housing, where they can be easily removed using the threaded drain port provided. Featuring a clear filter bowl for at a glance indication of filter sleeve condition, with larger NW500 and NW800 sizes coming with glycerine-filled pressure gauges, providing another indication of sleeve lifespan.

The high flow rates and operating pressures offered by these impressive systems make them particularly popular for industrial and agricultural applications, where they are commonly used for the protection of sanitary fittings or machine tools, spraying, rainwater, well water and water for animals.

How Often Do I Need To Replace The Filter Sleeve?
Although the frequency of filter change depends on the amount of particulate in the water, a ball park recommendation would be to change the filter sleeve every six months in domestic applications, or every three months in commercial and industrial applications. Larger particles will naturally fall to the base of the housing, when particulate builds up in the base it can easily be released using the threaded drain port without the need to remove the filter sleeve.

Why Choose Cintropur Centrifugal Filters?

Centrifugal vane technology to easily drain bulk sediment
Quick release drain port for easy sediment removal
High operating pressures up to 16 bar
Great for rainwater harvesting uses
Genuine Cintropur systems

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First time using this company and product and i wasnt dissappointed. Communication was easy and quick resulted in an easy order and now having fitted the filter i can say its a great product easy to install and appears good quality apart from the four mild steel bracket screws stainless would have been better considering the environment these are fitted. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend .

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent local company and genuinely lovely people to deal with. Really helpful and knowledgeable, with great advice about my water softener and the correct salt to use. They even gave me some resin cleaner at no charge, which was a very kind gesture. Fantastic friendly service and I’ll definitely be returning for my salt in future. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you're thinking about a water softener then i HIGHLY recommend Ultra Soft Water Softeners Ltd.

Great softeners and exceptional customer service. The water softener I bought needed some adjustments with the installation setup where I supported throughout. The customer service is honestly next level. I had countless calls with Becky Gillett, the Sales Manager, over a period of months to get to the bottom of it. She was incredibly patient with me, staying on the phone and doing video calls to walk me through the programming instructions step-by-step while I changed the settings and ensured all was installed correctly.

All the staff here have been great, but Becky really stuck with me from start to finish to make sure it was sorted and working well. It runs like a dream now.

HIGHLY recommend them!
