The Azure Water Softener is a tall and mighty system, suitable for homes with up to 10 occupants. Boasting a number of large resin capacities and a robust cabinet design this system is an excellent choice for customers with utility rooms, or large houses with a significant water demand.

Water Softener Capacities

The Azure comes in four different capacities including 18 litre, 25 litre, 30 litre or 35 litre. This capacity is what determines how often the water softener will ‘regenerate’ or run its cleaning cycles. Below is an example based on a water hardness of 300ppm.

18 Litre: Provides up to 3,000 litres of soft water before regenerating (recommended for properties with up to 7 occupants).

25 Litre: Provides up to 4,200 litres of soft water before regenerating (recommended for properties with up to 8 occupants).

30 Litre: Provides up to 5,000 litres of soft water before regenerating (recommended for properties with up to 9 occupants).

35 Litre: Provides up to 5,800 litres of soft water before regenerating (recommended for properties with up to 10 occupants).

Selecting Installation Kit

Installation kits are available at a discounted price when purchased alongside a water softener. These kits contain everything required for installation, including flexible inlet and outlet hoses, bypass set, drain hose and a water hardness test.

No Installation Kit: For customers who are looking to hard plumb in their water softener, or if the connections are already in place from an existing softener.

15mm Standard: Suitable choice for 15mm pipework and conventional gravity fed or indirect heating system (cold water tank in loft and hot water cylinder).

15mm Full Flow: For customers with 15mm pipework but have a combi boiler, direct system or an unvented hot water cylinder.

22mm Full Flow: Suitable customers with larger 22mm pipework (commonly found in newer properties under 10 years old).

Measuring 119cm tall, 33cm wide and 52cm deep it’s the perfect solution to protect larger homes from the ravages of hard water. Featuring an incredibly easy to access salt tank with a removable hood.

Employing an efficient metered valve from Pentair the Azure is easily set to your specific water hardness and adjusts according to your daily water usage. This ensures that regenerations only happen when convenient and when required, reducing the amount of water, salt and electricity required for operation – helping to keep running costs to a minimum.

LOW MAINTENANCE

High Performance

With a large resin capacity, the Azure is able to produce up to 5,800 litres of softened water between cleaning cycles. It can also cope with high flow rates of up to 3,700 litres per hour, rivalling the performance of commercial-grade systems. Combined with an incredibly large and easy to access salt tank, it is an excellent low-maintenance solution.

Low Energy Usage

Contrary to popular belief, electric water softeners use very little energy to operate – about the same as a small alarm clock. The intelligent metered valve helps to keep running costs low by learning your water usage and automatically adjusting cleaning cycles. Saving you money on electricity, salt and water usage.

Going on holiday? With built-in holiday mode, if no water is used for 14 days the system cleans itself, so you’ll always return home to fresh, luxuriously soft water.

Communication was easy and quick resulted in an easy order and now having fitted the filter i can say its a great product easy to install and appears good quality apart from the four mild steel bracket screws stainless would have been better considering the environment these are fitted. Great softeners and exceptional customer service. The water softener I bought needed some adjustments with the installation setup where I supported throughout. The customer service is honestly next level. I had countless calls with Becky Gillett, the Sales Manager, over a period of months to get to the bottom of it. She was incredibly patient with me, staying on the phone and doing video calls to walk me through the programming instructions step-by-step while I changed the settings and ensured all was installed correctly.

All the staff here have been great, but Becky really stuck with me from start to finish to make sure it was sorted and working well. It runs like a dream now.
